Cancellation Policy

You can cancel an upcoming booking 6 hours before your scheduled booking time. A cancellation fee of Ksh.200 for Laundry and House chores and Ksh.500 for Duvet, House, Carpets and Sofa cleaning will be charged from your account to compensate the Mamasafi or Mamasafi Team for logistic purposes. Cancelling a booking can be done on your profile or through a Call/Text on +254 700140140. When you make a booking and it’s confirmed, a Mamasafi or a Mamasafi Team prepares themselves for the booking investing both time and resources to ensure they are able to execute their service for the day. Mamasafis are independently contracted by Mamasafi and they rely on day-to-day bookings. Missing a booking means the Mamasafi loses their earnings for the day and as such the late cancellation fee is charged to compensate the Mamasafi’s loss of work for the day as well as any transport costs incurred.
