A Mamasafi account can be set up online on www.mamasafi.com by either making your First booking/request or Signing up by clicking on the menu button at the top right of your screen.
Go online to www.mamasafi.com, select service and in just a few taps, seemlessly request from the comfort of your home or office space.
It takes a Mamasafi cleaning team or individual a span of 10-30 minutes to reach your specified location or at the exact time and date if scheduled for a future date.
Yes you can. When booking a service, you will see a Calendar that allows you to select a date and time. A mamasafi shall be at your specified location at the exact time and date scheduled.
Yes you can. If you already have an account with us you can send a text or call us on 0700140140 to make a booking. You can also whatsapp us on here
Yes you can. You can reschedule a booking via a text or a call on 0700140140 or online click the menu at the top right corner of your screen and click on your profile or follow this link www.mamasafi.com/account/my-bookings to rescedule a booking.

NB: Cancellation of a booking is only accepted 6 hours or more prior to the appointment time. If less, a cancellation fee applies. Check booking policy page for more info.
You can always cancel a service 6 hours prior the appointment time. If less, a cancellation fee of KES 200 for Laundry or Mamafua service and KES 300 for Duvet and KES 500 for House or upholstery cleaning will be required from you to pay the Mamasafi individual or team for logistic purposes. We are a cashless business. Payment is made to the company through Mobile money M-Pesa - Lipa na Mpesa - Paybill 880100 Account No. PAYMAMA01
No. For Mamafua services, the cleaning pro only bring basic cleaning material like wipes. We highly recommend them to use your supplies and cleaning equipment for hygiene reasons.
For Upholstery and House/Spring cleaning, we come fully packed with supplies and equipment for cleaning.
A MamaCode is a unique number that identifies each Mamasafi. This number can be found on a badge provided to each Mamasafi. It is used for repeat requests by the same Mamasafi.
We offer our services in Nairobi and it's neighbouring environs that are part of the Nairobi Metropolitan. See full list of the areas we cover here.
We only do pick-up and delivery for Laundry, Duvet and Carpet cleaning services.
