What happens next?
You’ll get a confirmation email and a text message with your booking details.
If scheduled for a different day, you will receive a day prior to your appointment time.
Once a Mamasafi rider arrives, you will be required to hand them your laundry load.
Once your laundry load arrives at our Laundromat. A picture of its weight and invoice of service shall be sent to you.
You chill, We wash, fold, iron and return on the Same Day☺

Is made directly to the company via M-Pesa; Lipa na Mpesa - Paybill 880100 Account No. PAYMAMA01
NB: For cancellation of service, a cancellation fee of KES 200 will be required from you for logistic purposes. For more info call us on 0700140140

If scheduled for a different day, you will receive a text message a day before the time scheduled.
Once a Mamasafi rider arrives;
You will hand them your Duvet(s)
You will be required to pay for the service upfront.
We will have your duvet washed and returned on the SAME DAY after 6PM. We guarantee you the best duvet cleaning service.

NB: For cancellation of service after the Mamasafi rider has already been dispatched, a cancellation fee of KES 300 will be required from you to pay for logistic purposes. For more details call us on 0700140140.
