Cancellation Policy

By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to Mamasafi’s Terms and Conditions (available on our website). - Pickup & Delivery Fee: A fee of KES 250 per trip applies for laundry orders below KES 2,000. - Cancellations: You may cancel a booking at least 2 hours before your scheduled time at no charge. - Late Cancellations / No Shows: A fee of KES 300 will apply where our team arrives at your location and is unable to proceed due to no response, unavailability, or late cancellation. This fee covers operational and logistics costs. - How to Cancel: Bookings can be cancelled via your profile or by calling/texting +254 700 140 140. By confirming your booking, you agree to these charges and policies.
