Cancellation Policy

By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to Mamasafi’s Terms and Conditions (available on our website). Cancellation Policy; You may cancel a booking up to 2 hours before your scheduled time at no charge. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the booking, or failure to be available at the scheduled time, will attract the following fees: - KES 200 for Laundry and House Chores - KES 500 for Upholstery and House Cleaning Services These fees are applied to cover operational and logistical costs. How to Cancel: - You can cancel your booking via your profile or by calling/texting +254 700 140 140. Important Notice; Once your booking is confirmed, a Mamasafi team member allocates time, transport, and resources specifically for your service. Our cleaning professionals operate on scheduled daily bookings, and missed or late cancellations directly impact their ability to earn for that day. The cancellation fee therefore serves to partially compensate for: - Lost work opportunities - Time reserved exclusively for your booking - Transport and preparation costs By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
